Louie's takes pride in giving you only the best in service and quality.
We are in the process of simplifying our shipping process/charges. Until that time, we ask that you read through the various ordering/shipping situations below. We strive to not only provide you with the highest quality product available, but also to have that product arrive at your doorstep as fresh and tasty as it leaves our store.
*Orders received on Monday and Tuesday are shipped that same week, depending on product availability. Orders received on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are processed and shipped the following week. We use UPS ground, 3-day Select, or Second Day Air (depending on destination and time of year) to make sure your order arrives in excellent condition. If you need to place a last minute order, UPS does offer overnight shipping with an additional charge. Simply call (800) 270-4297 and our Shipping Department will help you with your order.
IF YOU LIVE outside the upper Midwest, be sure to change the UPS delivery from "ground" to "second day" for orders containing a perishable product (fresh products or dairy products). If you forget to do this, we will make this correction for you prior to shipping. We want our product to get to you in good condition!
*If you prefer a different "SHIP TO" address, simply click on the "ADD ADDRESS" button on the PayPal shopping cart. Fill in the necessary information and your order will be shipped to a different address than the card holder. This only applies to Pay Pal payments. The other options for payment are self explanatory and have a different layout, allowing you to select a different shipping location.
*All meat orders are frozen for shipping. Orders being shipped to warmer states will be packed in coolers with ice blocks. During the warmer months, the majority of orders will be packed in coolers with ice blocks. An additional charge of $7.50 will be added to any order requiring the use of a styrofoam cooler box. This charge WILL NOT appear in your total at check out, but will be manually added here at the store upon processing. This is strictly done to help absorb some of the costs regarding packaging, and is not done for profit.
*All shipments with-in the United States are guaranteed to be delivered in satisfactory condition, provided we are given correct and complete address information. UPS only delivers to "Street Addresses", THEY CAN NOT DELIVER TO P.O. Box NUMBERS. *** PLEASE NOTE *** UPS CHARGES A FEE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. SHOULD THIS OCCUR, WE IN TURN WILL HAVE TO CHARGE YOU. CURRENTLY THE FEE IS $10.00 RESIDENTIAL AND $5.00 FOR COMMERCIAL. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS.

*Shipping and Handling Charges
Note: Not included in the shipping and handling charges is the cost of a cooler which may or may not be needed. Shipping and handling will be calculated when you checkout, but the cooler cost,when applicable, will be added manually in the store during processing.
Orders to Hawaii and Alaska
All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska must be shipped Second-Day Air. No out of the country delivery available.
