I just got my most recent order (in fact, Im having Badger Sausage with Colcannon and beets for supper tonight). I dont know how you do it. This is the best service and product I've ever purchased in the mail/internet. Your prices are unbelievably fair and the product is absolutely the finest.
I've shopped other custom meat vendors and you have them beat nine ways from Sunday.
Thanks for the great service and the superior product. Someday, I'm coming to Cumberland for the Rutabaga Festival and a couple of days of eating Louies brats.

Everyone thinks that I am some kind of Bratwurst King. I tell them that Louie's Finer Meats does all the work in making the brats, all I do is supply the grill. I have not met a single person that has not loved, and I mean LOVED, Louie's Brats! Every kind is great. I was born and raised in WI and have sinced moved to MN, but I still have to order my bratwurst from Louie's Finer Meats, nothing else compares! Thank you for my most recent order of 67 packages of Brats, you guys are great! Don't forget the Hunter's Sausage to snack on.
