Make your own 'Homemade' Sausage with the help of Louie's Finer Meats. We offer spices for Bologna, Wieners, Summer Sausage, Salami, Peppie Stix, Summer Stix, Landjaeger and Polish Sausage. Spice package includes enough spice and cure for 25 pounds of ground meat. Or try our 'fresh' sausage spices: Bratwurst, German, Cajun Style, Hot Italian and Breakfast Sausage. Each of the 'fresh' spice packages also makes 25# of meat. We also have a variety of casings available for your home sausage making.
If your family enjoys jerky - make it yourself. All you need is 5 pounds of fresh, lean meat and Louie's spices. Dry in a dehydrator or your household oven. Louie's offers four different varieties of jerky spice mix; Original, Smoky, Teriyaki and BBQ.
