SIDES AND QUARTERS OF BEEF & PORK HALVES

Louie's method of processing sides and quarters of beef and pork halves gives you more meat for your dollar. Undesirable and less usable meat is trimmed away prior to weighing. This leaves a better cutting percentage and superior cut of meat. There is virtually no cutting loss.

Make your own 'Homemade' Sausage with the help of Louie's Finer Meats. We offer spices for Bologna, Wiener,
Summer Sausage, Salami, Peppie Stix, Summer Stix, Landjaeger and Polish Sausage. Spice package includes enough spice and cure for 25 pounds of ground meat. Or try our 'fresh' sausage spices: Bratwurst, German, Cajun Style, Hot Italian and Breakfast Sausage. Each of the 'fresh' spice packages also makes 25# of meat.


If your family enjoys jerky - make it yourself. All you need is 5 pounds of fresh, lean meat and Louie's spices. Dry in a dehydrator or your household oven. Louie's offers three different varieties of jerky spice mix; Original, Smoky, and BBQ.
