Medal News! Louis, Sr., Louis Jr. and Louis K. went to Germany to compete and participate in the International Meat Processors' Convention (IFFA). Not only did they have a great time, they proudly returned with six (6) GOLD MEDALS, two (2) SILVER MEDALS and one (1) BRONZE MEDAL.
The Gold Medal winners were: COTTO SALAMI, WISCONSIN SUMMER, BUFFALO SUMMER, SKINLESS WIENERS, SNACK STIX, and HUNTER SAUSAGE. The Silver Medal winners were: SMOKED BRATWURST and SUMMER SAUSAGE, the BRONZE MEDAL winner was SMOKED ITALIAN SAUSAGE.

Everyone loves Louie's Famous Brats so much that Louie's has introduced a mobile food stand known as "Louie's Brat Haus." During the summer months, the large, red Brat Haus wagon is available to local civic groups, 4-H clubs, youth church groups and school organizations. There is nothing better on a busy Saturday afternoon than to stop at Louie's for a Louie's Famous Bratwurst straight off the grill. It's also great knowing that your purchase of a brat is helping someone else achieve their goals. Louie's takes great pride in offering this service to our community.
